Delivery & Returns
Free Delivery on all UK Mainland orders over £15, apart from our big signs and some of the Modo Reloved collection. All orders with the exception of our painted signs are made and ready to ship within 3-5 working days. Painted signs are made and ready to ship within 3 weeks.
Express Delivery (£6.95) – select express delivery at the checkout and we will make and ship your order in super quick time on a tracked service.
Saturday Delivery (£10.00) – Busy lives? Need a weekend delivery slot? Select weekend delivery at the checkout and we will arrange for your order to be made and delivered on a premium Saturday tracked delivery.
International Shipping (£15) - To place an order for delivery outside of the UK please select this international shipping option. Please note we are unable to ship our large painted signs using this service. If you would like one of our signs to be delivered outside of the UK please select this service and we will be in touch with a full shipping quote.
Please note: All express orders need to be placed before 2pm to receive them the next day.
Returns:
We are able to accept returns of certain items under the following conditions:
We would need to be contacted within 14 days of delivery and receive the items back before 30 days of delivery. Once an order is placed we are unfortunately unable to accept exchanges or cancellations.
Because of the nature of the below items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalised orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
