Grief Self Help Candle Set

A lovely set of handmade, honey-scented candles, brass stand, mini journal, heart token, prompts and instructions to aid healthy coping with bereavement.

Handmade from 100% beeswax, these non-drip, honey-scented candles, with brass stand and carry pouch, make a thoughtful gift for a loved on in need or as a self purchase grief aid. Each candle has a 40-minute clean burn time.

We were inspired to make these following our own family grief.  In 2020 after a short battle with cancer our beloved family member died leaving behind 3 young children.  Children process differently to adults and often lack the vocabulary to be able to articulate their feelings, they inspired this product.  However the are just as good for adults and can be especially useful for an old grief that might benefit from some time to revisit and reconnect.

Simply gather around with family or friends, light a candle and take it in turn to answer the grief questions.  Alternatively this can be used for solo journaling, setting aside some time to work through grief quietly.
