Actually a nice piece, although colour is much more grey than lavender, and the writing wasn't quite straight when hanging.
Their customer service, however, is absolutely awful. This was ordered for a Christening, and should have arrived on time according to the timescale specified. When I checked this with them, they firstly completely avoided my question, then later changed the delivery date entirely. Might be ok if you don't have a specific date in time, and don't have any problems once the item arrives. I would not order from them again, based on their evasive and incorrect customer 'service' (I use the term loosely).
