I ordered this product the week before Christmas and hadn't expected it to arrive as I had also had the poem customised to suit the person I was giving it to. But it arrived on Christmas Eve and looked beautiful . I was so pleased to give it as a gift. Also the original poem wasn't completely suitable so just a couple of quick emails to the owners of what I would like and what was possible and they sorted it all out for me. I was really impressed with the both the customer service and the quick turnaround at the busiest time of the year . The product is of really good quality and being able to compose your own words made it a really lovely personal gift . Thank you

Totally blown away- this item arrived to the United States (Ohio) in record time (I'm sure of it!) and I'm so appreciative. The piece is timeless, gender neutral, and has the most beautiful saying- the perfect baby shower gift. This could be my fault, but I did not realize that when choosing the font, it would be the font for the actual piece. The way I read it, the font was for the personalization. I'll have to check back on the listing to see if I just read the description too quickly. Thank you so much!!
