I love these prints. Such a thoughtful gift. I’ve bought three so far… two for grandparents and this latest one for my husband. This one is a selection of motivational phrases used by Peloton instructors. I ordered it at the beginning of December and it was delivered 5 days later (3 working days!) The designs have always been perfect and the quality is amazing.

This was a special gift for our newborn daughter’s first Christmas. Unfortunately the personalised message that we paid extra for has not been included. I have emailed three times in the past 4 days and also sent a message on social media trying to get the issue resolved in time for Christmas, nobody has responded. The telephone number listed on the website is not currently connecting. The website states that emails are usually responded to within a few hours and whilst I understand that it is a busy time of year ahead of Christmas, I can see from social media that items were still in production at the time I was desperately trying to make contact meaning that had the communication been better, this issue could have been resolved in time for Christmas posting. Very disappointed.

Unfortunately my art work arrived damaged due to the delivery, and as you can imagine I was gutted.
I Emailed the company and they responded straight away and the collection of the damaged sign and the replacement art work was sent out to me with no problems
